Shipping Information
We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Currently, we only ship within the United States, Canada, Australia & United Kingdom.
Order Processing Times
Once you place an order, please allow 3 - 7 business days for processing and production before your item ships out. We aim to process orders as quickly as possible, but delays may occur during busy periods.
Estimated Shipping Times
We partner with reliable shipping carriers to deliver your order in the most efficient way. Below are our average shipping times by region:
- United States: 11 business days
- Canada: 10 business days
- Australia: 11 business days
- United Kingdom: 9 business days
Note: Shipping times are only estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as natural disasters, holiday seasons, or unforeseen delays from the shipping carrier. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates. Delays may occur due to customs or local post office issues.

Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. The shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you finalize your purchase.
Shipping Status & Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. This allows you to track your package every step of the way.
In case you do not receive the shipping confirmation email immediately, don’t worry! We are aware of the delivery date or date range provided at checkout, and your order will be delivered within that timeframe.
Holiday Shipping Delays
During peak holiday seasons, please allow extra time for order processing and shipping. Processing and delivery times may be extended. Regular processing and shipping times will resume after the holiday season.
Order Changes or Cancellations
You may cancel or make changes to your order within 24 hours of placing it. After this period, we cannot guarantee the ability to cancel or modify the order if it has already been processed or shipped.

Incorrect Shipping Address
If you have provided an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, please reply to your order confirmation email with the correct information within 24 hours. We will do our best to update your details before your order is processed. However, we cannot guarantee changes if the order has already been shipped.
Damaged or Defective Items
We take great care in packaging your items to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. However, if your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Please provide:
- Your order number
- A clear photo or video of the damaged item
We will review your claim and, once approved, send a replacement at no additional cost.
